For a clearer context, I have been working at Niteco, an outsourcing company. We have diverse customers and the biggest one is Electrolux. I am working more like a UX designer than both UI and UX. I mostly do the research and discovery part for the team and also when I have more time, I also help the team with UI too.
At Niteco, I use quite diverse tools for research such as hotjar, optimal workshop, Google analytics and sometimes Semrush as well. Designing tools are mostly Figma, whimsical, invision and Miro. We work along with the agile methodology.
I have attached here a pretty big project that I have done alone from discovery to UI part. Unfortunately, I can't share the discovery phase outcome with you but the wireframe and UI part is okay to be viewed. This one is about the supporting page for AEG (a separate product line of Electrolux).
